Zehrudin Dokle Director, actor and critic. He was born in Mborje, Kukes on January 12, 1952. In the time period 1965-70, he completed the vocational secondary school "Polyteknikum 7 Nentori" (today Harry Fultz). During the same period, he took part in the school's amateur theater, under the direction of the famous Marie Logoreci. Then, during the years 1970-74, he conducted the High Academy of Arts, "Aleksander Moisiu" in Tirana, under the artistic leadership of professor and People's Artist Kujtim Spahivogli. He defended his diploma at the theater "Migjeni" in Shkoder, under the artistic direction of the People's Artist, director Serafin Fanko. In 1972, he published his first article "The language of the characters as an individualizing tool in the theater" in the newspaper "Drita" – Organ of the League of Writers and Artists of Albania. In 1973, he was the director of the second festival "Song of the Student", and this year he was the director of the radio drama "Era e Lartsive" " where famous actresses such as Naim Frasheri – People's Artist, Rrobert Ndrenika – People's Artist etc. performed. Also continuing with v. 1973 he is again a director in the "Ora Gazmore" program on Tirana radio. 
During the period 1975-86, Zehrudin Dokle was the director of the Professional Estrada in the city of Kukes. 1978 married the famous singer Kleopatra Skarco-Dokle. In the 1985-86 season, Mr. Dokle completed his master's degree in "Dramaturgy and Theater Criticism". From 1987-92 he worked as a director and actor in the theater "Migjeni" in Shkodër, where he staged many successful premieres such as: "Please give me a round of applause", "Can I ask you a question", "Three slaps" etc. …In 1999, he founded and heads the "Ivan Vazov" cultural association. 
Two years ago in 1997 to 1999 he was Inspector for theater and cinematography in the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports of the Republic of Albania. In 2000, he completed a three-month specialization at the Academy of Arts in Sofia, Bulgaria. From 2003 onwards, he is a member of the organizing board of the "Butrint 2000" international theater festival. Meanwhile, in 2004, he published the book "Technique of Artistic Speech" which is studied by students of the High Academy of Arts in Tirana, for theater and drama. 
This same year, in 2004, he publishes the book "I Am the Narrator of the Red Pashallares", a compilation of critical articles on theater and cinematography. In 2005, he translated the collection titled "Wild Tales" by the outstanding author of modern Bulgarian literature Nikolaj Hajtov. In 2005, he was awarded a medal by the Bulgarian Ministry of Culture, for "Contribution to the Propagation of Bulgarian Culture in the World". 
In 2006, he translated the collection entitled "Pakez Melhem Bulgarian" by the Bulgarian author, Cudomir.
