End of 1943. All members of the anti-fascist council present at a village wedding ceremony are arrested. The Germans have also arrested the groom. Councilors are pressured to sign a statement against the anti-fascist council as the only condition for their release. They refuse and meanwhile plan the groom’s escape in case of an execution.
