A group of designers on a construction project encounter obstacles in the construction axis of a hydroelectric dam. Iliri, a design engineer, is looking for alternatives so that this work is not suspended for a period of time, where the autumn rains were an obstacle to the implementation of the project. At the same time, Sotiri, who is worried about the situation, asks Iliri to consider some possible details. Linda, who is in love with him, begins to sway her boyfriend, under the pretext of the consequences that Iliri is facing. This situation burdens the chief designer Eng. Ilirin, who together with his friends does his best to get out of this difficult situation. After analyzing the methods of Illyria, they succeed in this work.
