Women Without Names (Donne senza nome) is a 1950 Italian drama film directed by Géza von Radványi and starring Valentina Cortese, Simone Simon, Vivi Gioi and Françoise Rosay. The film's sets were designed by art directors Piero Filippone and Dario Cecchi. The film was shot at the Cinecittà studios in Rome.

The film takes place in the concentration camp for displaced persons, Casa Rossa in Alberobello, Apulia, early after World War II. It shows what happened immediately after the war to many women of different nationalities, who came to Italy from other European countries, hoping to be repatriated or accepted by another country.
Yvonne Dubois (Simone Simon) is a French woman, ready to marry anyone who comes out of the camp.
Anna Petrovic (Valentina Cortese) is a young widow from Yugoslavia, imprisoned in the camp and expecting a child. Her husband was shot in front of her eyes by the enemy. Janka Nowotska (Irasema Dilian) is a Pole who worked in a German brothel and has lost her memory. Hilda von Schwartzendorf (Vivi Gioi) is a German doctor. Among the women there are also British women.
One day, with the help of Dubois, Anna tries to escape, but she is about to give birth. After giving birth to a son, Ana dies in childbirth. The middle-aged Brigadier Zanini (Gino Cervi) hears the baby cry. He has lost his wife and son, and is alone. Zanini tells his commander that the baby is his. So she is forced to resign, but is allowed to keep the child.
