Content of the film
The film is based on real events. In the seaport, work is being done to install the floating barge after a refit. Uranus, a skilled crane operator is assigned to work on her crew. The port administration requests the help of the crew, for the removal of some concrete columns. Socrates, the boss of the plan, hinders his work on the refit. Robert (nicknamed Chamcakizi), a young man who does not have a good opinion, becomes an obstacle in the love of Azemi and Arta. On a stormy day, Uranus sacrifices his life to save his crotch.
“Perhaps it is a coincidence that the binomial love-factory, love-means of production, love-agriculture is present in many films of the time. Love and the industrialization of the country go together, but the more the factory advances and rules, the more love (as feeling-marriage) becomes a ridiculous cliché to make room for love-sex (as need-liberation). It is the time when love and factory are synthesized in the cinema.”
