The film comedy that follows The Lady from the City (1976). Ollga is preparing to go to the activist women’s conference where she will talk about her experience in the fight against conservative concepts. At first she didn’t like the village, but the mentality or rather the mania she had for it faded away the moment she started getting to know those wonderful residents of the village of Marene in Pogradec. Agushi, the young postman, does not allow his daughter Lule to marry Tirka, the boy she loves because he wants her to marry him in the city, Elbasan. Tirka often finds herself in difficult situations when Agushi finds her together with Lule. Ollga makes it impossible for Tirka and Lulja to bond together. Meli, Ollga’s daughter, has already married Bujar and is expecting a child. Ollga has prepared the discussion that was announced after the comedy “Lady from the City” was put on the stage of the theater and leaves for the city together with Bako who will issue the kite permit. When she enters the house, she remembers the moments before she left for the city, where she had returned home in a daze because no one had helped her. She returns to Marene after finishing the discussion and receives the news that she has made a nephew. Everyone has gathered at Olga’s house and is very happy. Agushi finally allows Lule to marry Tirka. In the end, Ollga tells her nephew a story about their lives: “There was an Ollga, we had a maid and she was looking for a groom in the city, we were a citizen, we had a maid but she was stupid” but Bako takes the boy by the arm, saying, “That lady was really a bit of a snob and she was supposed to be a progressive, but go and go and go and go, that lady became our friend. You have a good grandmother.”
