He was born in Lushnje on April 27, 1934. He completed his studies at the Cinematographic Institute in Moscow "Vgik" as a film producer. He started working at Kinostudio in 1959, becoming the first cadre with professional education in the field of film economics. He started as a co-producer in the joint Albanian-Soviet film "Fortuna" in 1959, where he also acted as an actor, albeit in an episodic role. Later, he worked as a producer, film director in 6 feature films: "Debate" (1961); "Special Assignment" (1963); "The first years" (1965); "Broadcasts on the coast" (1966); "Concern about death" (1967); "Old beaches" (1969); Then, together with Vitore Celin, they shot the film "The Riflemen's Valley" (1970), for which he also wrote the script. In 1971, she was appointed as the deputy director of Kinostudio, giving a great help in the direction and organization of film production, as well as in the preparation of a whole generation of cadres in the field of economics, as producers. From 1983 he worked as a director of documentary films, shooting about 25 such films until 1991. These films include: "Noli yne" (1984); "Pheasants" (1984); "Among ordinary people" (1985); "The Youngest Station" (1985); "On the railway Shkoder – Hani i Hotit (1985); "Landscape with apples" (1985); "Martaneshi celebrates" (1987); "Shtegtimi" (1989), as well as a number of films about the figure of Enver Hoxhe and other films of a political and propaganda character such as "Kenget tona per ty Parti" (1978); "Hands and hearts united" (1983); "Sunny Day" (1984); "Always victorious" (1984); "The Week of Enver" (1985); "Great joy in Myzeqe" (1985); "New Horizons" (1986); "New land and people" etc. He did not stop working in films until 2008, when he worked as an executive producer on "Colonel Bunker"; "Magic Eye", "Provincial Chronicle" and in the movie "Time of the Comet".
