The colossus of the Albanian stage and screen Sander Prosi, in the film "General gramafoni" (1978) has a small role, but the saying, the joke that he quotes "dressed" with this role, has withstood all the times turning it into a prophecy in a sense, a prediction even for the current times that Albania is going through. The valid statement for every ruler, regardless of the colors and political directions, is a quote that stings, that hits every politician, every leader who abuses his chair in the name of the people… "O people, how many things are done in the name even your greatness speaks in your name.
