The content of the film Rami is asked by a command of a foreign fleet to testify against the Albanian government in the Hague trial, that they have mined a sea route, the Corfu channel. A ship of the military fleet is docked at the shipyard, which is undergoing refit. Rahmi makes the escape plan in cooperation with Islam and Pepin, how to kidnap him and leave the Albanian territory. Skender, one of the sailors on watch that day, is lied to on the pretext that a ship is in danger, and taken away. They explain to him the reason why they should leave Albania and demand that he also testify. Their goal fails as they fight sailor Skenderi, who fights them and manages to return the ship back to Albania.
