Rrapo Kapurani
Actor of the dramatic theater “Zihni Sako”, Gjirokastër
Born on January 13, 1953 in Saranda. Completed his studies at the Higher Institute of Arts in the drama branch, in the period 1980-1983. After graduation, he started working in the city’s variety troupe and then continued his career with the Professional Troupe of the “Zihni Sako” Theater.
In his long artistic career, he stood out for professionalism and interpretations achieved even in a number of premieres that went up to 4 per year, all near Estrade, not to mention 140 numerous appearances, inside and outside the city of Gjirokastra.
In his career as part of the Professional Troupe, he has been active and has performed many roles in every part that has been put on stage by the directors. Thanks to his talent, realism and dedication, Rrapo Kapurani was able to quickly enter the hearts of the Gjirokastrite public and art lovers, fully deserving the applause of the local audience, who supported him throughout his artistic career.
