Fitnete Tiço is part of that group of actresses who, although they play in a considerable number of Albanian films, their names were little or not mentioned even though the contribution of these actresses is an integral part of Albanian cinematography. However, even though she is a secondary actress, she successfully and professionally covered the role regardless of the small or secondary role assigned to her by the Kinostudio directors, but as always, every role as a whole is an integral part of the panorama of a film, especially the roles performed by the mothers with aunts or afflicted women. 
Born in Tirana in 1949. Graduated from the High Institute of Arts for actresses. Her artistic activity was mainly during the 80s, where she was active in a considerable number of films of Kinostudio "New Albania", starting with the film "Balloons in 1979.
