Profile of cartoonist Stefan Taçi!

Stefan Taçi Painter, director and screenwriter of the cartoon! He was born on May 20, 1961. He completed his studies at the High Institute of Arts, now the Academy of Arts, in the ceramics department. In 1987, he was appointed to Kinostudios in the cartoons sector (later AlbaFilm animation). From the beginning, he wrote the scripts of all the films he shot and was also their director and painter at the same time. He has shot a total of 12 films, starting from 1988 with the film "Veza e radhde", where he co-directed with Zhongen, while he himself produced the script and the plastic, for which he was awarded the second prize at the 8th Festival Albanian film. It cannot be left without mentioning that in this film, for the first time, the clay technique (plastelines today) is applied. He experimented with different realization techniques with real objects, clay, plasticine and photo collage, these techniques were applied for the first time in this sector. Other films: "Fidani" – 1989; "The Fantasist" -1990; "Composition" – 1992; "Requiem"-1992; "Things that don't change" – 1993; "Triptic" – 1994; "Sisiphiam" – 1995; "Remodeling" – 2000. The film "Remodeling" won the Festival Cup in 2000 and then the other film "Les Fauves" (2003) was awarded the Festival Cup in 2006. And in 2007 it won the TIF Special Jury Prize with the film "Butterfly" His films have been presented at 5 International Festivals in France (Anneey); Ankara. As a painter, he held two solo exhibitions at the National Art Gallery in Tirana and at the Cultural Center in Athens, Greece (1994). His works have been represented in 13 exhibitions in the Art Gallery in Tirana, the Cultural Center and the Center of Greek Potters in Athens, in Mantova, Italy, etc. Stefan Taci is the author of several writings and plaques, philatelic centers and publicity sports.
