She completed her higher studies at the High Institute of Arts for directing, in the period 1979-1984. During her career, she would decide and realize as a director a series of creations in theater, television, film or even other experiences, giving a contribution and added value in reflecting the historical, patriotic, cultural-artistic values not only of the city but and our nation, promoting them even outside the borders. As far as her activity as a director is concerned, she will put on the stage during the period 1984-2000 a considerable number of dramas as follows: "Alone" / "It should not be forgotten" / "It was a time of war" "The house with two gates" / " Gambler" / "Transformation of personality" / "Worthy behavior worthy of respect" / "A crooked tree" / "The innkeeper of the haunted inn" / "Sexomanet" / "Another's head" In addition to her contribution and dedication as director Eli Bici would also be part of the stage interpretations where she would perform the roles in the dramas: "I'm looking for my house" – Vera / "True love" – Lindita "Sold cradle song" – / "It was war time" – Fatua / "The Accused City" – Studentia / "Late Spring" – Kaltrina / "The Knight of Time" – Elisabeta / "The Evil One" / "Little Philistines" / "The Proud Soldier" / "I Don't Pay, I Don't Pay" / "The first and the last" "Savior of the world" / "Outside the door" / "I believe why they sacrifice me" – Etleva / "A lost letter" / "City-surrounding" – Seksomanet / "The other's head" – Roberta [ caption id="attachment_41891" align="aligncenter" width="482"]
