Afterwards, he performed his military service in Durres, where he also became active in the stage of the department and not only. His talent does not escape the attention of entertainment professionals. Besa Cinari receives an offer from the director Gjergj Vlashi, to stay on the stage of Durrës. The love for the city and the "duty" as the eldest son of the family make him refuse to accept. After the military service, with the opening of the Palace of Culture "Vasil Shanto" under the direction of the director of amateur troupes, Verdi Take, the actor's dreams and desires found space for to become a reality on the stage, Kētu is helped and supported by the outstanding actor, the merited artist Gëzim Kruja (1939-2020), who takes him to the troupe of the "Duhan Cigares" factory. An important day for his career is May 10, 1982. Besa starts working as a professional actor in the variety theater "Migjeni". Its founders, humor masters Tano Banushi, Hasan Smaja, Paulin Preka, Zyliha Miloti, Bik Pepa, Jolanda Shala, Katerina Biga, Zef Deda, Drade Xhaj and the great director Paulin Sekuj are waiting for them in the rehearsal studio of the show. She is presented to the Shkodran public with the skit "Pezhishkat" in the role of a peasant alongside the great Tano Banushi and Zyl Milot. The professionalism and experience of this troupe was a great school for Besa. With his talent, he felt himself equal to his colleagues, thanks to their love. Later Edmond Halili, Aleks Selmani and Anton Krosaj joined this troupe, as well as the regulars who came from amateur troupes, Gëzim Kruja, Gjosho Vasija, Sandër Uruçi, Muhamet Çekini, etc. Besnik Cinari has worked with prominent stage directors of Shkodra and not only, such as Paulin Sekuj, Edmond Mhillin, Zehrudin Dokle, Arben Haveri, Gjergj Vlashi, Fatbardh Smaja, Bruno Shllaku and finally Altin Basha. During his 37-year career as a professional, he has participated in over 110 premieres, performed over 500 roles and participated in thousands of different concerts on all stages of Albania and in places where Albanians live and live. Unforgettable performances in: "Tom Dushku", "Weekend 96-97", "Italian Aid", "Family Matters", "After the Mill", "Refik's wedding", "Names", "Washing technician" and dozens of endless roles. Besa is the author of dozens of skits, parodies, couplets, song lyrics. In recent years, Besnik Çinari has also been seen as a co-author, author and director of comedies and variety shows at the "Migjeni" theater.
