Nikolla Llambro
Actor of the “Zihni Sako” Theater, Gjirokaster and Albanian Cinematography.

Born in the village of Kardhikaq in Delvine on March 1, 1948. Graduated from the High Institute of Arts, Department of Drama in 1974. As a student, he appeared on the film screen with the role of Mitaq in the film “Shperthimi” directed by Muharrem Fejzo, a film that it was dedicated to oil workers, and which was later not broadcast due to mass arrests at that time in this sector.

After graduating as an actor, he was transferred to the Theater of Gjirokastra, where Nikolla played around 30 roles during his career.

In his artistic life, he stood out on the theater stage, but also in the cinematography, bringing dozens of characters to the public. The first role on the theater stage was “Tellalli” in 1974 with the drama “Time of War” which was staged at the Theater of Gjirokastra. Then other roles in this theater over the years are: Besniku in the drama “Shterngate ne male” (1975) by Pirro Stefa; in 1976 in the drama “The Man with the Cannon” he played the role of Mato Gruda (Hero of the Drama), with which he was declared the winner of the First Prize at the National Festival of Professional Theaters held in Tirana.

This same year brings the role of Beshar, the hero of the drama, in the work “Duke u gdhire 1945”, in 1978 the role of Gani in the drama “On the way to Thanas Borodani”, “Fundi i nje dredhie” in 1979, with the role of gendarme Sheme, Zeneli in the comedy “After death” by A.Z Cajupi; Jani in another comedy, “Te padjallezuarit”, in 1982 the role of a pensioner in the comedy “E fejuara ime”, etc., and the last role in 1990 in the theater of Gjirokastra is Monuni in “Beselam pse po me flijojne”. “At the Beginning of Summer” directed by Gëzim Erebara, 1978 “Concert in year `36” the role of the driver Qemal, in 1977 “The man with the cannon” the role of the partisan, in 1979 the role of Zeman Mashkullora in the TV film “Liberty or death”, directed by Ibrahim Muça, in 1979 “Shterngate ne mal” in the role of a shepherd; in 1984 “The First Night of Freedom”, the role of Gaqo; in 1985 the role of Gogo in the film “Stones of my house” directed by Dhimitër Anagnosti, in 1988 the role of Vasili “Bregu i ashper”; 2011 “Balkan Bazar”

In 2013, the actor Nikolla Llambro returns after an absence in Albanian films with the role of a pensioner in the film “Agon” directed by Robert Budina.

After 1990, Llambro emigrated to Greece, where was active in several stage and film productions. Among the series in Greece, we mention roles such as Ramizi in 2002 in the television series “Love came from afar”, in 2005 the film “Kollonaqi Square”, the police chief, in 2006 the film “Eduart”, the prison guard, in 2006 the film “Pandora”, Anestis in the main role, in 2008 “Maria”, Janis main role, etc.
