He finished primary school in Orosh, Mirdita. From 1939 to 1943, he completed his secondary education in the city of Korce. In v. From 1949-1954, together with four of his friends, he engaged in the task of discovering armed gangs that were thrown into Albania by foreign intelligence. Also motivated by the murder of his father and brother, he plays one of the main roles in the annihilation of these groups. She is considered one of the 10 most famous secret agents in Albania. He has worked for over 35 years in the State Security bodies. In 1964, he completed his higher studies at the University of Tirana, at the Faculty of History and Philology, Language and Literature branch.
