Xhevat Serezi (1910-1983) Actor of the initiator generation of the People's Theatre. He was born in Tirana in 1910. On the stage of the People's Theater, although he had secondary roles, he left his mark on the history of this institution of our art. She performed a total of 52 roles from the time she came to the People's Theater in 1945, the year she joined the group of actresses who would start the history of professional Albanian theater. Since the 1930s, he had experience in the movement of amateur groups in the capital. He masterfully performed all the roles that were entrusted to him, where he stood out and stood out especially in the role of Liu in the comedy "The Prefect". Other roles: Xhevati in "Invadimi" / Dozha i Venedik in "Otello", etc. All the roles played by him, although episodic, stuck to the spectator who watched Xhevati's play, the seriousness and mastery of not repeating himself.
