Ndoc Çefa Actor and director of the "Migjeni" Theater Shkoder Born in the city of Shkodra, resident of the "Vojo Kushi" neighborhood, the actor mainly of secondary roles and the director Ndoc Cefa was for a period of time also the director of the "Migjeni" Theater after the 90s – you. He was among the first Albanian artists who renewed relations with his colleagues from Belgrade, he was also the partner of the French director Dominique Dolmieu. Besides the activity in "Migjeni", he was active in the film "I teti ne bronz" in 1970 in the role of the sculptor Andoni, as well as in the two-series TV series "Flaka e maleve" (1982) in the role of a deputy. He also held the position of the chairman of the Shkodra Municipality Council for the period 2000-2003. Precisely in December 2000, the director of the Theater of Shkodra and the mayor was forced to hide at home to escape a revenge that threatened his family. For this issue of blood feud, a French association "Albania" sent a letter to Pope John Paul II and President Alfred Moisiu, to save the trapped. In December 2000, Ndoc Cefa's nephew killed an Albanian in London. The circumstances of this murder were not clarified in detail, however, it was enough to trap the entire tribe bearing the surname Cefa within the walls of the house.
