Mimoza Musataj
Electronic engineer / editing director

She was born in Tirana on April 1, 1955.
From 1970-1974, Mimoza completed the “7 Nentori” vocational high school for electronics in Tirana. Finished her higher studies at the University of Tirana for electronic engineering in 1983, completing two specializations, one at the Bosch company in Darmstadt, Germany in 1988 and the other near the University of Fredonia and Washington DC in the USA in 1995.

From 1974 – 1985, she worked as an editor at Albanian Television, 1985 – 1991 as an engineer in the videocassette sector and then from 1991 – 1996 she returned as an editor in television where Musaraj edited a large number of films of different genres, from news and video clips and as a permanent member of the staff of the television shows “About fate for 12 weeks”; “12 in Hollywood”; “Miss Albania” 1992-1998; “Miss Europe” 1996, etc.

Since 1997, she has been working as an engineer in charge of the montage sector in TVSH, editing about 20 television and cinematographic films under the direction of well-known directors of TVSH and Cinematography.

These films include: “The Mediterranean in a Capital – Brussels” 1994; “The Song” honored with First Prize at FIAT/IFTA Festival 1997;
“A land that floats” 1997; “Cousin of the Angels” 1996; “Circles” 1998; “With the painter Gazmend Leka” 1998; “Mariane Graf” 1998;
“A man with two women” – film comedy 1998; “Mall” 1998; “Lojbotesh” 1998; “Snow falling in the sea” 1999; “Tango” 1999; “Kosovo, kuje e kushtrim” 1999; “Desperimisht” 2000; “When the crows fly away” directed by V. Gjike, in 2000 as well as others.
