The date February 16, 1919 brings to mind the establishment, the creation of the artistic society "Vllaznia" in Shkodra! The company "Vllaznia" was established in Shkoder on February 16, 1919, from the merger of the companies "Vaso Pasha" and "Mustafa Pasha". There were four branches: music, literature, theater, sports. The theater branch was initially headed by Sali Nivica, but later he was replaced by Kristo Floqi. The general chairman was Hile Mosi, who was also the initiator of its creation. In 1919, the theater branch of the company staged Goldoni's comedy "The Servant of Two Masters", then the drama "Erminia e vorfen", adapted as a text from an Austrian film. For this show, the company was sued in court, being accused by the censors of proclaiming inappropriate and dangerous ideas for society. Other parts, which attracted the attention of the Shkodran public, were the comedy "Two Maids" (1919) by Goldoni, the drama "Karl Topia" (1919) by Kristo Floqi, "Filja" by Th. Kerneri, Kole Gurakuqi's "Sqypnia", the plays "Silistre Wars" or "Homeland" by the Turkish writer Namik Qemal and K. Floqi's "Pirro Neoptolemi" (all four of these performances in 1920). In 1921, he will continue with Moliere's comedy "Copraci". In addition to complete plays, dramas, tragedies or comedies, this company also staged many one-act comedies and farces. In the theater performances organized by her, the following stood out for their talent: Hile Mosi; Kole Gurashi; Ali Borshi; Jonuz Tafilaj; Kole Mjeda; Roza Kakariqi; John Krajni; Luigj Kakariqi; Luigj Helepjani etc. The society also founded its own magazine "Agimi"; she also established an evening school with 100 students and 7 teachers. The artistic society "Vllaznia" functioned as such until 1922.
