Luiza Hajati
Actress of the Albanian “Teatri Popullor” and Cinematography.
Hajati was born in Vlora on December 10, 1952. She completed her higher studies as an actress at ILA and then became part of the staff of the “Teatri Popullor”, especially during the 80s, where is the activity of her as an actress.
In addition to her skills as a professional actress, her distinctive characteristic, among others, has been her voice timbre. This has made her perform successfully in the Tirana radio show “Theatre in the microphone” where we can highlight “After the last exam” but also in several other dramatizations on the radio.
Hajati has also dubbed several cartoons. In the “Teatri Popullor” (today TK), she performed with professionalism, albeit secondary roles, such as in “Lawyer’s Marriage”; “Tomorrow is late”; “Prometheus”; “Who brought Doruntina”; “Visit of the Old Lady” etc.
Luiza Hajati was also part of the staff of the “Skampa” Theater, Elbasan.
She is also known in the interpretation of several films of Kinostudio “Shqiperia e Re”. Hajati starts in “Why is this drum beating?” (1969) an episodic role with a small performance (photo below).
In 1978, she played the role of Gabriele in “From the middle of the darkness”; 1980 performs in two films “Sketerre 43" and "Brother and friend". Then she will continue in "Don
t be silent” (1985) in the role of Bardha; “Reconstruction” (1988) “The Historian and the Chameleon” (1989) as the minister’s niece; “A Boy and a Girl” (1990) as Artani’s mother; “After the last meeting” (1990) in the role of Liza.
She married the actor Gjovalin Hayati.
