Vegim Xhani
Comedy actor in Tirana’s professional variety show.
Xhani is born in Tirana on June 26, 1940. Managed to become one of the well-known comedy actors who has been active in the capital’s Amateur Theater movement since 1976.
He worked with Estrada of Tirana until he retired. In this institution, Xhani perform in many diverse materials for pop theater, short comedies, skits, monologues, dialogues, pantomimes, couplets, etc., where he showed his vocal and musical skills, ranking him next to the most popular actors of the comedy genre.
An acting in a comic light, scenic charm, finesse, especially in that of the figures of the villagers, or other characters such as lazy, drunk, greedy, father from the Tirana area.
One of the figures achieved by him was that of the ballist guard in the dramatization of the poem “The Epic of the National Front” by Sh. Musaraj in 1972. To mention the figure of the peasant in the comedy “Revolver” in v. 1995.
Vegim Xhani has also performed in several feature films such as
“Paths of war”, “When the masks are taken off”, “Girls with red ribbon”, “Hearts that do not age”.
Died after a heart attack on January 26, 2017
