He has a long career of around 30 years where he has performed over 70 roles, mainly secondary roles and characters. Most of them were in the field of humor and satire, as well as those who drew characters with clear physiognomy.

In the comedy “Inspector (Inspector)” by Gogol, he performed the role of Ivan Schepkin with grace and elegance, while in the role of Illya Ilic, the kind-hearted Russian musician, in the drama “Uncle Vanya” by Chekhov, he masterfully weaved the humor plans with a poetic lyricism painful human, creating a strong emotional point with the guitar interpretation of a sad Russian folk song, as well as mixed with sarcasm in the interpretation of the role of Heberl in the drama Franku V of Durrenmatt (2007).
His career in the theater begins with a small role in the comedy “The Prefect”, that of the young man with a “red collar”. Among the other most prominent roles in the theater are: Kujtimi in “Lezja”; Jani in “Dead River”; The presenter of the show in “Arturo Ui”; Radulesku in “Titanic Waltz”; Agnostos in “Aesop”; Stamatesku in “Oportunescu”; member of the choir in “Quo Vadis”; Marshall to the “Museum”; Decorator / Painter in “8 persons plus”; Don Luis in “Don Juan”; The madman in “Night of knocks on the glass” etc.

He also performed in several tele comedies, mainly after the 90s, such as: “After a news”; “For vacation in Rome”; “Three friends without the maid” etc.
Vangjel Toce makes a dynamic game, he uses the light elements of humor fruitfully, as can be seen in the gestures and twisted plasticity, in the lively rhythm, in the abundance of intonations and the variety of accents, in the organic transitions from one situation to another, suitability to burlesque forms, etc.
