Floresha Debinja Popular music singer! She holds the title of "Honorary Citizen" of Berat. She was born in Berat on November 29, 1952. She came from the working class of the Textile Factory in her hometown. Although she was shy, she could not hide her passion for music and singing, since she was standing on her work car. Her passion, desire but also her talent made it possible to participate for the first time on the stage of the Song Festival on Radio and Television in 1974. And here she is presented to the public with the song: "Syrin pish, hartun barrot", composed by Kristo Kote . 
This would be the first step and her professional beginning in the long and beautiful path of the art of music, even though the song has always been close to her since she was young. For her training as a singer, the credit also goes to the leader of the Berat Estrada orchestra, the composer, and the honored artist, Sotiraq Konçi. The leaders of the Characteristic Berat Song Group, the late Asqeri Kadëna and Teki Luari, also made a great contribution. . For many years she was a singer of the Professional Estrada in the City of Berat, she took part in many folk song festivals, as a singer of song festivals in the city of Berat Even today the songs sung by this lady from Berat such as: "Chupë break those needles", "The very beautiful rose", "When I plucked the basil", "When you enter Mangalem", "little ode with lime", "Rose of beauty", and many, many others, left traces in the memory of Albanian artedashes from the north to the south, everywhere on every radio and later television where her sweet melodious voice did not enter. Her voice would give many emotions to all those who adored her songs, the inexhaustible folk rock of Berat. 
She came as a singer to her city at the right time, to sing the rich and inexhaustible folklore of this city, from which well-known voices such as Virgjinia Mile, Hyrije Saraçi, Dhimitër e Kozma Dushi, Ludmilla Baballeku, Rolanda Riko, Kujtim Babunja, Petrit Berisha, Merita Sino. Floresha has worked for a long time even under these names. 
Floresha also took part with the Folk Ensembles "Tomorri" and "Myzeqeja", in their successful concerts, outside the homeland, bringing to her compatriots a piece missing from their homeland, the beautiful Albanian Folk Song. In the difficult years of the transition, Floresha is the only artist who did not leave her country. Although she has been awarded various certificates of appreciation, Floresha Debinja does not hold an official title from any state cultural institution.
