Born in Tirana on October 17, 1953. Attended High School at the Artistic High School “Jordan Misja” for painting. From 1976-1991 he worked as a make-up artist at the Kinostudio “Shqiperia e Re”.

Independently or as a co-author, he did the make-up of about 20 feature films, among which we can mention: “Lady from the city” – 1976, “Stars of the Long Nights” – 1978, “A night without light” – 1981, “Friends” – 1982, “Warm Hand” – 1983, “Trap” – 1983, “Nothing is Forgotten” – 1985, “Bitter Spring” – 1985, “Stone of Covenant” – 1986, “Tales from the Past” – 1987, ” “Three people cross the mountain” – 1988, “Pirates’ cave” – 1990 and others.

Later, he joined the Albanian television performing the make-up of several films and TV dramas such as: “Small Parents” – 1992, “The Last Hunt” – 1992, “Little Chilly Tonight” etc.

In the years 1994-1995, he worked as a television operator where he produced several documentary films such as “The Poet and the Inquisition”; “City Lights”; “Nation, religion, homeland”; “A painter in New York”; “Joy in the diaspora” etc.

In 1997, he worked as an operator at the television station TV Alba, where he continued to work for a long time. It is the operator of the Albanian film that shot an unidentified object in space (UFO).

Rudha is also involved in painting, being active in several painting exhibitions.
