On April 22, 1958, he was appointed as an engineer in the sound department of the movie studio "Shqiperia e Re" where he worked for several years. In 1965, he became the engineer in charge of the cinematography office, which now mainly deals with the regulation of cinematographic apparatuses and their installation in different cities of Albania. He participated together with A. Hoxhen and A. Rajhimin in the design group of the Great Palace of Culture in Tirana for the problems of acoustics and noise isolation, mainly for the Opera and Ballet hall. He also participates in the design of the program and the technological project of the film studios and their annexes (again together with A. Hoxhen). Fahri Jukniu gave a significant help in improving the technical condition of the cinemas. Later, he returned to the sound department, working for a long time as a sound engineer, dealing first with documentary films and later with artistic and cartoon films. As a sound operator, he directed the first feature film, "Emperor's Bed" – 1973, and later 12 other films, among them "Girls with red ribbons" – 1978; "Radio station" – 1979; "Our friend Tili" – 1981; "The road to freedom" – 1982; "Love your name" – 1983. Until he retired, he contributed as a sound operator in feature films, documentaries, chronicles and cartoons, being awarded prizes in his long career of more than three decades.
Unfortunately, after 2010, we do not have any information about his profile. During a long search, any information is lost in months. 2010, strangely even though there has been a development of technology in the last decade, Albanian IT seems to have "left the clock" in some directions, while political garbage fills the press pages and television screens more and more every day.
