Edmond Mëhilli Director, actor of the "Migjeni" Theater, director of Estrade in Shkoder! He was born in Shkoder on August 23, 1947. In 1970, he graduated from the High Institute of Arts. In the time period 1970-1974, he worked as a director in Puke and then for 15 years in a row in Estrada e Shkodra from 1974-1989, he also works in Radio Shkodra, in the House of Culture in the district of Shkodra. After 2003 also in the "Migjeni" Theater. 
He stands out as a director for his good taste, the quick introduction of the long sketch and one-act comedy into the repertoire of the Estrada of Shkodra, also in his directorial concepts, the careful work with the word, with the gesture, the treatment with realistic means stood out. of comic situations, the insistence on the truth of the characters, as well as a generally "collected" mise-en-scene, without excessive movements. His series of shows entitled "Days of Smiles" in the years 1983-1984 won the First Prize, while a season later in 1985-1986 it was rated as the best in humor meetings among professional variety shows developed in the city of Shkodra. . 
In 1980, he was named the best director in the country's Professional Variety Festival. Edmond Mehilli managed to stage the comedy "Gomari i Baba Tasi" by Gjergj Fishte (1992) together with the troupe of actresses of the "Migjeni" Theater. The director from Shkodran has also written several stage plays, where the drama "A simple story" stands out.
