Dhimiter Trajce (1913-1996) veteran actor of the "AZ Cajupi" Theater in Korce as well as Albanian cinematography. It can be called without any modesty the "Father of the Theater" of Korça, and a pioneer of the stage, a rare figure of the stage, born in Korça on June 22. His artistic activity began before the war, in the first years he also started his works which had the spirit of the rebel inside, which then forced him to become a partisan, where he founded the partisan theater with several other names. In the 1930s, the Amateur Theater Movement of the city where it was born was activated. He played in Moliere's "Djallezite e Skapeni", which in 1934; then follows the role of Argan in the comedy "I semuri per mend" by Moliere in 1936, that of the mayor in the drama "Enemy of the people" by Ibsen, in 1938 directed by Sokrat Mio, as well as several other roles: Dedi to the part "Stela Violandi; "Mr. Peasant" etc. During the years of the war, ANCL assisted in the organization of the Partizan Theater Group in the district of Korce, and later in the same city, her natural talent led her to the doors of the "AZ Cajupi" Theater as one of the first actresses and its founder. in 1950 where he stayed until he retired. Dhimitër Trajçe was appointed director of the house of culture, immediately after the liberation, he also successfully completed courses with Soviet pedagogues for directing. Admirable for the dedication and organization of his professional work. He performed on the stage of the Korcar theater in over 100 roles, mainly characters and figures from different social strata. Among the most successful roles that he held for a long time, were that of Tartufi in the comedy "Tartufi" and Harpagon in "Copraci" (1949) by Moliere. Kobacio in the comedy "Volpone", engineer Mborja in the dramatization of the novel "Keneta" by F. Gjates. In his acting, the tendency to use the most original and distinctive ways of expression as well as characteristic features, gestures or speech that spoke volumes for a more realistic, natural and true interpretation was noticed. , as well as for the search for "harsh" forms, sometimes grotesque and pathetic. This was also noticed in the other figures he made, such as in the shows: "View from the bridge"; "Shadow of the night; "; "Girl without a dowry"; "Death of Blanko Postnet"; "Invincible"; "With the tongue of the rifle" etc. In the beginnings of the theater in Korce, Dh. Trajce was also a director, putting on stage several plays, such as: "Besa" by S. Frasher, "Dasma korcare", while with the performance of the drama "Ishulli i paqes" he won the First Prize in the 1st Festival of Theaters organized in Albania.
