Arqile Lipe Comedian, an important part of Fier's professional variety show. "Deserving artist"! He was born in Fier on February 17, 1949. He stood out as early as in the city's Amateur Movement and consolidated his artistic profile in the Estrada of this city, when he was appointed here as a professional actor in 1971. He has an expressive, comical mime. His gesticulation is skillful. It uses burlesque forms, with the enlargement of a comic feature. Also in his acting, buffoonery, caricaturism of types, and plastic deformity are noticeable. He is one of the graceful coupletists and parodists of the variety theater. He became especially well-known in one of his most prominent performances together with the actor Todi Llupi, the parody "Do Martojme malon" – 1982. His roles are numerous, mainly in one-act comedies, in skits, parodies, couplets. Monologues, pantomimes, dialogues, etc. 
Main role: Villager in "A writer in the tower"; deputy Minister in "Fellow Villagers"; the elder in "Anecdotes of popular humor", the brigadier in "Contacts and insulators" – 1984; worker at "Kenga e Gjyle" – 1985; Llazi in "Rexha has called the guards" – 1985; Brigadier in "Watermelon Seeds" – 1987; the sweeper in "We grow old with the troubles of the world"; the writer in "Cobua with the writer" – 1989. Arqile Lipe has performed roles in full comedies, like Mirashi in "Floke debore in April" – 1982; the lawyer in "A half-fool" – 1995; the villager in "Farewell Fukarrallek" – 1996; Calamani in "With a raft towards Europe"; the policeman in "Pazari" – 2004. He was also active in several feature films, among which "Fjale pa fund" – 1986 as Bardhyl's neighbor or "Pesha e kohe" – 1989 in the role of Van. In 1989, for his merits and contribution to the stage, he was awarded the title "Deserved Artist".
