Merita Zoto Actress of the People's Theater (TK) was born in Tirana on May 30, 1958. She completed her higher studies at the ILA in the drama department in 1985. In the same year, she became part of the People's Theater (today TK) in whose stage has performed about 20 roles. Of course, her greatest success as an actress is her performance in the role of Irene in the comedy "Palace 176", the role she has achieved most. 
For the actress Merita Zoto, other roles can be mentioned in the theater, such as Kristina in "The Life of Another"; Partizania Liria in the drama "Hije te nates", Loreta in "Raimonda"; Stress's wife in "Who brought Doruntinen"; Sajdeja at "Besa"; Julia in "Two gentlemen from Verona; Korina in "Holiday Game"; Antonovna to "The Inspector"; "Fox and grapes"; "On the second floor is heaven" etc. He also performed in the television movie "White Lilies" – 1983 and "And One Day Comes" – 1985.
