Ramazan Zyberi (1920 – 2008)
“State Estrada” actor, singer, composer of popular songs.
Born in Tirana, in a family of artists and musicians on December 31. He was active early in the Amateur Movement as a singer and comedian actor, and in the 40’s and 50’s he became known for performing several comic roles as well as popular (folklore) songs. He is one of the founders of the “State Estrada”, in 1952.

In 1957 he went to Moscow, in the former Soviet Union, for a training course as an actor. Zyberi worked as a professional actor for 22 years, mainly in the “Estrada” of Tirana until 1974, when he retired.
After this year, he became active as a singer and comedian in a series of concerts and shows of various characters. He played many roles in the variety theater type, but he stood out especially in the interpretation of parodies and couplets, thanks to his sweet voice and skills as a singer and musician.
Zyberi was very handsome in the premiere “We are three” directed by Gjergj Vlashi*, where together with Skënder Sallaku they created a duo full of humor. He can be considered as the initiator of the couplet and parody in the Albanian theater. A true master of interpretation of this humorous kind. His skills were so expressed in the pantomime genre, as in the portrayal of some characters from the rural areas of the Tirana area, making fruitful use of the characteristic ways of behaving, speaking in slang, special eyes.
R. Zyberi was also a well-known singer of the Tirana folk song, with a characteristic and sweet voice, where he possessed cheerful tones of enjoying life, lyrical and sometimes melodramatic cadences. 
As a composer and arranger of the popular music of Tirana and generally that of Central Albania, he became known with over 60 original compositions and arrangements, a part of eyes as part of the fund of our musical heritage.
