Albert Minga Director of Albanian Radio and Television "Deserved Artist" He was born in Vlora on March 4, 1946. In Vlora he completed secondary school. In 1968, she graduated from the "Aleksander Moisiu" high school for actresses, near the National Theater in Tirana. This year he started working as a director at Albanian Radio Television. In this institution, he deals with all types of television filming, from newsreels, shows and TV magazines, artistic programs and teledrama. It is precisely A. Minga who filmed the first Albanian teledrama "Zekthi" by the author E. Vojnic', successfully performed by the professional theater troupe "Migjeni" in Shkodra in 1974. Immediately after that, the drama "Two Christmases in Paris" by Sh. Mites and P. Kulles, performed by the theater troupe of Fieri. 
It continues with "Besa e trojevi" by M. Stefe and "Kumtesa e shte" by N. Seferi, performed on stage by the Vlora theater troupe. During this period, he shot several documentary films, television series with various themes from the life of the country, artistic spectacles, large festive concerts of the new year, etc. 
His directorial skills come to the fore especially in the television series films such as "I treti" (with 4 series in 1978), and "Agimet e stines se madhe" (with 5 series in 1981), which actually mark the beginning of the series on Albanian Television (TVSH). His many years of experience as the first director of Albanian television, bore fruit by producing films of a high artistic level, where the creation of a realistic atmosphere of the time and a dignified interpretation of the actors chosen by the master from himself to those in episodic roles. The realization of several massive scenes in the film "Agimet e stines se madhe" / S. Koreshi and especially in this television, the episode of the chase through the reeds of the marsh remain in the memory. In the last feature film "I love Eren" (1990), a poetic spirit is noticed, although we are dealing with painful events, as well as a psychological analysis of the two central characters of the film. This film is also distinguished by a clean language, without procrastination and excessive lines, which testifies to an increase in its creative quality. 
For the high professional level of films and all his creativity in Albanian Television, he was honored with the title "Deserved Artist" in 1984. In 1997, he was elected general director of Albanian Radio Television (RTSH). In v.
