Artan Imami Theater and Cinematography actor. Born in Tirana on February 11, 1961. Headed the High Institute of Arts in the dramatic department in 1983. After finishing his studies, he was appointed an actor in the People's Theater, performing several main roles there, until 1996, the year that marks his departure from this theater and from the stage in general. One of the first roles that gave him success was Petrucio in Shakespeare's comedy "The Taming of the Shrew", with which he embodied the boy with a strong character, intelligent, not so rude, maybe angry, but still within the optry that he represented as the man who "softened" the spoiled Katerina through love. 
He achieved the highest quality of his acting in the role of Stresi in the dramatization of Ismail Kadare's novel "Who brought Doruntinen". In his interpretation, the clarity of the word and the logic of the action stood out, dissolved in a plastic adaptation that suited the character, as well as the construction of the tempo-rhythmic diagram, namely the investigation and the doubts that he had connected with Doruntina's behavior since her dead brother. . Then he plays Don Juan in Moliere's homonymous comedy, where he was also the director. He returned to the stage of the National Theater after the 2000s in the interpretation of an investigator in the drama again written by I. Kadare "The wrong dinner". In v. 2017 brings to the stage at the National Theater the show "Mashtrimi" as its director and as a director v. 2019 brings the comedy "Tango". Artan Imami has also performed in several feature films, among which we can mention: "Me hapin e shokeve" (1979), "Nata the first of freedom" (1984) or in the short film "Black and White" (1991). ____________ Albanian cinematography a public page in activity since 2013.
