Frederik Ndoci Singer, actor He was born in Shkoder on February 9, 1958. He graduated from the high school of music "Prenge Jakova" in 1977. Then he graduated from ILA, the Higher Institute of Arts for dramaturgy. Of course, he has the greatest popularity as a singer. As a child, she participated in local and national festivals for children, as a soloist, where she was awarded with national and local awards: This is how she began in 1966 with a third award in the interpretation of the song "Like geologists". A year later, in 1967, in the interpretation of the song "Rrugëve te village" (Hyjo kâle vrapo) by Zyhdi Barbullushi, he won the third prize again. In 1971, with the song "Vellai Aksionist" by Leonard Dedes, he won the second prize, and in 1972 he won the first prize in the interpretation of the song "Beni, Mira dhe receli" by Xh. Ujkan by P. Selim (duet with Myfarete Laze). The verses of that song: "Oh, I like it so much / I'm the best friend I am" In 1973, he again "fell" to the second prize in the interpretation of the song "Tornitori" by Nexhmedin Dokos. During the school period, he became active with the artistic groups of the Pioneer House and then, of the "Herojni e Vigut" Youth Club, participating in artistic performances and singing successfully on the stages of Shkodra. Later he goes to Tirana for the screening of the movie "Nga mesi i erësira", in the "New Albania" cinema studio, even though he wins it because of his political biography, he is not accepted. During the years at the artistic high school "Prenk Jakova", he became active with the Shkodra Estrada orchestra and the Shkodra Symphony (Philarmonic) orchestra, participating in all the organized concerts. He was also involved in private groups (small orchestras) in the activities of the city's secondary schools, the Pedagogical Institute as well as in family parties of the citizens of Shkodra. This helped him to deepen his acquaintance with folklore and the infinity of beauty of Shkodra's popular and civic song in particular, and of the Albanian song in general. After finishing high school (1977) he was assigned to do an internship at the Wood Plant, then at the Zootechnics enterprise, where he made a prominent contribution to the establishment of its artistic group. With this group, he won the competition flag among the artistic groups of the enterprises of the city of Shkodra. During his studies at the Academy of Arts, in Tirana, he worked at the Opera and Ballet Theater as he became active with the group "We united the Folk Song", as a soloist and instrumentalist, debuting on the stages of all Albania. For the Albanian public, the duet performances with Irma Libohova "On the field", with Valdete Hoxha "Korrim grûre", with Zeliha Sina "Potpouri Dibrane", as well as the song "Kjo Kosova has adet, towards a more sultry Pasha" have remained outstanding for years'", etc. In the years 1978-1982, he won two awards in "Decades of May". In 1981, he won the audition for an actor in the film "In every season" directed by Viktor Gjika (for the role of a guitarist). As an actor in Shkodra's Estrada, the high quality of his performances stands out, having positive evaluations from the press of the time. The years 1983-1984 mark a new turning point in the life of the artist Frederik Ndoci. He takes part in the film "End of a blood feud" directed by Rikard Ljarja. The film wins a prize and the role played by actor Frederik is appreciated by the press and the cinema audience. Meanwhile, new roles in Albanian films enrich his artistic biography: 1981 – "Ne cdo stine" (guitarist); 1983-"The end of a blood feud" (the role of Lleshi); 1985 – "Postponed wedding" (tax collector); 1986 – "When the doors of life open" (Mesuesi; 1988 – "Butterflies in my cabin" (Leka); 1989 – "Even like this" (Andi Bega).

At the end of the 80s, a meeting with the well-known singer-songwriter Ardit Gjebrea (a friend of the pioneer festivals) becomes decisive for the artist's return to the Albanian TV scene, at the 1986 Spring Festival, with the song "Spring do lule mumo" presented by Rita Ndoci. The main songs over the years are: Your eyes / Spring wants many flowers-1986 / Spring with one flower does not come-1988 / The land of the sun-1989/ Ballad of the stone-2006 / Hear my plea-2007 In the 1990s he emigrated to Italy and after a few months he presented himself to the public in a concert with the group of students to whom he taught the guitar. The success was indisputable and then comes a 5-hour concert in front of the citizens of the province (Citation needed). He is active with various groups such as "Le rose Rosse" (Piacenza), "La pagina d'album" (Bergamo), with whom he recorded the first tape and CD: "Di tutto di piu'". This appearance allowed him to quickly prepare the second CD Album "Sono Gitano", the songs "Malaguegna" and "Caminito", whose songs remained as the sigla of the TV program "Canta Italia", for more than six months. During his stay in Italy, he successfully debuted on many stages, discotheques, at parties in the squares of the province of Piacenza (Bergamo), but also on the stages of the north and center of Italy. He gave over 26 concerts every month also in Switzerland (Lugano), in France (Nice), in Montecarlo, with a total number of about 300 concerts a year (Citation needed). At the end of the 90s he emigrated to America, where he made the CD Album: "Frederik & Friends". In 2005, in New York, where he lives with the singer Aida Caci, he recorded the album "Canterina" in the recording studio "Blue November Records". First Prize at the 28th Song Festival in RTSH 1989 together with the singers Manjola Nallbani and his sister Juli Ndoci. First prize again in 2006 at the 45th RTSH Song Festival, for the song "Balada e guri" accompanied by the melodious voice of Aida Cacaj (Ndoci). With this song, he presented Albania at the European song festival "Eurovision Song Contest 2007" in Helsinki, Finland with the song Hear my plea, but did not enter the finals, ranking 17th. The song was composed by Ardian Hila, with lyrics by poet Pandi Laço and orchestration by Ardian Hila.
