#KinematografiaShqiptare Agim Fortuzi (1925-1997) Operator of chronic and documentary films. Meritorious Artist. He was born in Tirana on February 6, 1925. He took part in the National Liberation Anti-Fascist Movement as a partisan courier in the town of Dajti. He headed the Technical High School in Tirana. He did a two-year specialization course for cinematographer near the "Barrandov" studios in Prague, Czechoslovakia during the period 1947-1949. He worked in the State Cinematographic Enterprise as an operator. In 1952, he did a one-year specialization again at the Central Studio of Documentary Films in Moscow. 
In 1953, he started working at the Kinostudio "Alhqiperia e re", which had just been opened, becoming one of the most active cinematographers in documentary cinematography, shooting a large number of newsreels and 170 documentary films independently or as a co-author. His first independent documentary film was "Cerriku" -1956. Among his most popular films are: "Bread" – 1958 / "Pusi 542" – 1958, which was awarded the Republic Award / "In the footsteps of the centuries" and "Aleksander Moisiu" – 1960 / "Kenget e te vjejleve" ” – 1968 / “Art of woodworking” – 1974 / “Anes Bunes” – 1977 / “Mosaics” and “Our traditions on the voyage” – 1980 / “Albanian folk costumes” – 1981 etc. For the dignified work and the high quality level of his films, he, together with S. Mushen, are the first cinematographers who were awarded the title of "Deserved Artist".
