The 19th Festival at RTSH Opera and Ballet Theatre, TIRANA Presenters: Silvana Braçe & Dhimitër Gjoka TV/Radio: TVSH / Radio Tirana The 19th Song Festival at RTSH took place on December 25-26-27 of the year 1980 in Tirana . In this festival, a total of 24 songs were sung: 12 on the first night, 12 on the second night. The last festival where Vace Zela takes part

The winning song "Shoqet tona illegale", music Agim Prodani, lyrics Zhuliana Jorganxhi, sung by Vaçe Zela and Mefarete Laze.

Second prize: "Rjedh ne kenge e ligerime", music Fehim Ibrahimi, lyrics Gjoke Beci, sung by Vaçe Zela and Gaqo Cako. "Njerezit e agime", music by Kujtim Laro, text by Xhevahir Spahiu, sung by Irma Libohova and Alida Hisku.
