12th SONG FESTIVAL ON RTSH Presenters : Flutura Cangu and Pandi Siku TV/ Radio: TVSH / Radio Tirana The 12th Song Festival on Radio and Television took place on the dates: December 28-29-30, 1973 in Tirana. 20 songs take part in this festival: 10 on the first night, 10 on the second night.
