Miho Gjini Publicist, art critic, writer! 
He was born in the village of Piqeras in Saranda, on March 20, 1938. After completing his secondary studies at the Polytechnic "7 Nentori" in Tirana, he specialized for one year in Electricity in Medicine, from where he was sent to work as an X-ray technician in the district of Gjirokastra. After 3 years of work here, he continued his studies at the high school for actresses "Aleksander Moisiu" (1959-1963), also specializing in directing and theater criticism. He worked for three years as the director of the "Skampa" Theater in Elbasan, then he was appointed to the Ministry of Education and Culture, initially for publishing the "Teatri" and "Estrada" bulletins, and later as general inspector of theaters and variety shows, a task that he continued for 12 years in a row. He was active as an external lecturer at the High Institute of Arts for the subjects "Master of Actor", "History of Theater" and "Scenic Speaking". He started his academic activity as early as 1960 and became one of the most vocal theater critics during the 60s and 70s. After 1973, Miho Gjini was criticized for his liberal spirit as well as his defense of the dramas "Njollat e murrme" (1969 by Minush Jeros) and "Historia e nje vajze" (1972) by K. Dushes. He was dismissed from his post and sent to teach the high school in Tirana, while in 1976 he was sent to the Memalia mine, and after three years of work, he was imprisoned for 7 years in the prisons of Tepelene. Ballshit. 
In 1992, he immigrated to Greece, working hard as a laborer. In addition to criticism, he has also written skits and one-act comedies. Two volumes of stories and novellas for adults have been honored with first prizes in the competition announced by the association "Albanians of Thessaloniki" in Greece. Member of the group "Drita" in Athens and correspondent of the newspaper "Himara" published in New York, USA. He is known as a publicist since 1960 until today. Among the works published with critical writings about theater and dramaturgy are: "Knocking on the doors of the Theater" (critical articles, 1967), "After the show" (critical articles, 1973), Theater and time (critical studies, 1975), "Artisti i to the people, Mihal Popi" (monograph, 1997; the first edition of which was made in 1967, but it was turned into paperback when the author was convicted). 
This book was honored by the jury of the competition of the 30th anniversary of the liberation of the homeland with the third prize. With the monograph Naim Frasheri, successor to Moses (1998), he paid off an old mortgage, elevating the individuality of one of the most prominent actresses of the Albanian theater, thanks to the rich artistic information that brings an evaluative approach to the quality of his acting, according to also a passage with its own emotional twist, which makes the book more readable. In the book "artists' lives – portraits" (1999), he brings some of the most prominent portraits of Albanian acting, where those dedicated to Kujtim Spahivoglit, Bexhet Nelk, Margarita Xhepes, Yllka Mujos etc. are distinguished. Other books: "An interrupted life – Pirro Sava" (2005); "Conversations with the Muses" (critical articles, 2008); "Death of the Swan" (stories, 1995), "Goodbye Xulja" (stories and novels, 2000), "Lonely Villa" (novels, 2001), "Debimi, udha per ne ferr" (autobiographical novel, 2002) "Escape of memory" (stories, 2003), "Death of the artist" (2006). He currently lives in Greece.
