Luftar Veshi Director, stage actor of the Theater of Vlora! Writer and publicist. He was born in Lepenice, Vlora, on March 17, 1941. After graduating from the High Institute of Arts, he began working as an actor at the "Petro Marko" Theater in Vlora until 1972. After that, he completed a 1-year director's course in the period 1973-1977. worked as a director in the troupe of Estrade in Vlora. Luftar Veshi will leave the theater for political reasons. It will be the year 1991 when he will resume work in this institution, in September of this year. He worked here with this troupe, being both a "positive" actor with measured and affirming attitudes, as well as a "comic" actor in sketching characters; he preferred a game that revealed, even plastically, the particularity of the interpreted figures. As a stage director, he stood out for his successful attempts to renew the language of this type of theater, persevering for the growth of the performance culture, for the enrichment of the genres in its composition, for the variety of forms, for the ensemble play, for the demand for the truth of figures, for working with the language and implementing its orthographic standard. He was active in the cinematography in the film "When it dawned on a day" (1971), one of the "braves of Selfo Qorri", the group of ballistas.
