Sotiraq Bratko Successful actor of the "AZ Cajupi" Theater, Korce and Albanian Cinematography He was born in Korce on December 8, 1951. He has over 70 roles in the theater and 18 in feature films, being among the prominent actors of Korce. After graduating from the Institute of Arts, in 1973, Sotiraq was assigned to Fier, to defend his diploma. Here he plays the role of Myrteza Kepi in the drama "Heroes of Linas". After that, they appointed him to Korçë, where he plays in a drama by Namik Dokle, "Era e ulkhilei". 20 years on the scene in activity until 1993 when he emigrated for a family gig in Thessaloniki, Greece. His acting was noted for the truth and sincerity and the direct character of the action. The many roles I embodied on the stage of the "AZ Cajupi" Theater in Korce were independent figures that stood out for their found character and qualities. However, the actor Sotiraq Bratko, although he has performed many roles, he was embodied and identified with only one role, that of Tirke in two comedy films "Lady from the city" and then "Friend from the village". He became a favorite actor for film directors, for the simplicity of acting and expressive portrait. He has worked with many prominent Albanian directors such as Viktor Gjika, Dhimitraq Orgocka, Pirro Milkani, who have trusted him with roles and Sotiraqi has known how to return their trust with a successful performance. In the films "Lady from the city" or "A friend from the village" she performs alongside icons of the scene such as Violeta Manushi, Pandi Raidhi, Stavri Shkurti, Robert Ndrenika, etc. It starts on film in v. 1973 in "Brazdat" in the role of Skender and in the future he builds several characters that remain successful in the history of Albanian cinema, such as the one in Latif Age's "Freedom from Death", or Kujtimi in "Gezhoja e veter", a role with which he won Medallion of the 4th Albanian Film Festival. Other characters are Jani in "Shoket" (1982) and especially Maksi in "Rrethimi i vogel" (1986); He returned to the stage in May 2014 after 21 years working with a role in the drama "The Second Chapter" by Neil Simon under the direction of the new director Qëndrim Rijani.
