Anita Take (1934 – 2017) One of the first singers, "pioneer" of our Albanian music. She was born on April 2, 1934. Her name is engraved in the history book of Albanian music, and she remains a historical figure. With an activity on stage for more than 50 years, she continues to be remembered with nostalgia by all those who knew her. Anita Take still remains in the memory of Albanians and many of her songs are still sung today. This shows that the great singer with the sweetness of her voice and the excellent interpretation on stage, has left deep traces in the history of Albanian music and song. Born in a family that did not deal with music, but were very kind and passionate about it, Anita Take will she gave her family what no other child and profession had given them. But, in addition to her voice and passion for singing, she also had another white fate in life, because she met and connected her eternal life with one of the most prominent music composers and the founder of Albanian light music, Agim Prodani. This relationship of hers with an artist and a master of composition, made Anita Take, within a relatively short time, become the most sought-after singer for Albanian art lovers. She has been singing for over 50 years. However, she made her last debut at the show "One Hundred Songs of the Century", where the long applause of the people, who had filled the hall, made her miss her immeasurably. Her parents were very fond of art, but they did not practice this profession in life. My father had a wind instrument, which played in the "Vatra" society in America, where he was an immigrant. Also, her mother sang beautifully. The moment when he climbed the stage for the first time, of course, cannot be easily forgotten. She was very young when she went on stage in 1949. At that time, she was an amateur at the Officers' House, since then there were no festivals, there were no stages, where talent could be displayed as singers appear today, there were neither televisions to somehow publish these talents. The song was a feeling that was born to her, it seems, along with her being. On this path, she also found great support from her mother, who loved art very much. Then, from song to song, from debut to debut, Anita Take together with her friend and other singer Pavlina Nika reached the professional stage, this time when the talents were gathered. At the time when she started her singing career, there were few singers and composers in Albania. At that time there was a small core of singers and composers who had studied outside Albania, such as in Austria and Italy. Precisely she belongs to that generation of singers, who appear immediately. In the beginning they were in the package, where then over the years and time they became hundreds of singers, who debuted and continue to debut with many dignities inside and outside Albania. She took part in the State Estrada, where she was noticed for her talent and characteristic voice until the beginning of the 60's, where during this period she became very popular among the Arteda audience. In the Song Festivals at RTSH, she only participates in the 2nd festival (1963) with two songs: "S'te fal" (Agim Prodani) and "S'eshte enderr nor čudi" (Abdulla Grimci), when the activity her in the field of music has been very dense. This has prevented Anita from participating in such further activities. However, the festivals that were developed by the Albanian Radio-Television were very beautiful cultural events, with a lot of emotions and a kind of competition. But, although she loved this competition, the goal of her pikesepari mission was to go on stage and sing beautifully for the public, as well as to convey what she wanted to say through song and verse. Also, he preferred to have professional and civic correctness in front of the spectator, as both are important to each other. Based on this, even though he has participated very little in the festivals organized by the Albanian Radio-Television, he has always felt very good even outside of them, as he has participated in other, equally important activities, being also more next to the public. Agim Prodani is one of the founders of Albanian light music and her husband. He got to know Agim through the song, since he was a composer. Perhaps, her voice made her get to know a personality of Albanian music, who of course at that time was young and had not created the image he has today. He marked Anita as a singer, as a colleague, who respected him. Over the years, they got to know each other better, from where love was born, this human feeling that has no recipe and comes at a moment, when you probably don't expect it. Her family life has been very warm and understanding. The couple Agim and Anita have inherited the profession to their very talented children. The eldest, Kujtim Prodani, is a composer and singer-songwriter. The second son, Florian Prodani, graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, in the field of construction engineering, but did not practice this profession at all. Then he studied computer science. He also likes music a lot and that's why he continues to work on the piano at home. For the great singer, the most beloved songs are songs with social themes and those with themes of intimate love, songs that had simple melodies. The pleasure and achievement has been that these songs, although 50 years have passed, continue to be sung today in family holidays by the young and old generations. Seeing the resistance of these songs and people's interest in singing them, we think this is the biggest achievement for Ms. Take and the creators of these songs. For her contribution to music and singing, she was decorated by the president with the high title: "Naim Frashëri i Artë". Although Anita Take is very happy about her profession, the only drawback for her is that she has not managed to be filmed, singing in her best years. Among the most beautiful moments of her life, she singles out the day when she became a mother for the first time, as well as the moment when her husband, Agim Prodani, said to her: "I love you". She has decided to never part with the song, but to continue singing throughout her life. He passed away on January 12, 2017 at the age of 83. For her career and contribution to music, Anida Take has been decorated with a work medal with the order of Naim Frasheri, Class II and III. She is remembered as the first Albanian singer who gave a recital concert in 1983. In 1999 the president of the time Rexhep Mejdani decorated him with the "Naim frasheri i Arte" Order ___________________ Albanian cinematography as of 2013.
