Spartak Tili Composer, "Great Master" He was born in Korce on January 11, 1948 in a family of artists. His mother was an actress of the founding generation of the Korcar theater. He completed his studies at the Artistic Lyceum "Jordan Misja", in the piano and theoretical branches until 1966. After finishing school, he started working as a teacher in Skrapar, a position he held for 2 years. After 3 years of military service with the Army Ensemble as a chorister and pianist. In the time period 1971-1976, he will graduate from the High Institute of Arts in the Composition Department under the guidance of the well-known Feim Ibrahimi. After higher studies, he started his activity as an editor of musical creativity at RTSH, where he was later appointed to the position of Chief and Artistic Director, a position he held for about 18 years. Participant in the May concerts since 1976 with creativity from songs, chorales, arrangements, dance music, etc. He has also participated as a songwriter in 20 RTSH festivals and Spring Concerts. Spartak Tili is also the creator of many orchestral, symphonic, concert and instrumental works, performed by soloists or by the Radio Television Orchestra and other orchestras. He also wrote music for cartoons and feature films. After the 90s, he emigrated to Greece to return to Albania in 2008 where he currently lives. In addition to other musical activities, he also composed music for several cartoons such as "Erinda and the Doll" – 1979 / "Djaloshi i lirise" – 1982 / "Bredhi midis nesh" – 1983. At the end of 1976, he was appointed as a song composer at the 15th Festival in RTSH, together with the other composer Hajg Zaharian.
