Born on October 14, 1934. He headed the artistic lyceum “Jordan Misja” for painting. On November 1, 1958, he started working as a make-up artist at the Kinostudio “Shqiperia e Re”. In 1959, together with Llazar Knuti, they left for the D. German Republic, specializing in make-up in general and plastic make-up near the Cinema Studio of Artistic Films in Babelsberg (GDR).

With their return, the nucleus of the make-up department was formed, which gradually began to expand with the increase in the number of films. With his colleague and supported by the previous experience of Muharrem Fejzo, they have the merit of raising this sector and preparing a considerable number of late cadres. They first worked as co-authors in the makeup of the films “Debatik” – 1961 / “Special Task” – 1963. Also Llukan Bushi as well as his close colleague Ll. Knuti made alone or as a co-author, including his students, over 34 feature films with an ever-increasing quality level. Among the films that stand out for his mastery, we can mention: “The first years” – 1965 / “Commissioner of light” – 1966 / “Echo on the Coast” – 1967 / “Silent Duel” – 1967 / “Open Horizons” – 1968 / “Old Wounds” – 1969 / “The Bronze Bust” – 1970 / “Captain” – 1972 / “Coats over Wire Fance” – 1977 / “Face to Face” – 1978 / “Carnivals” – 1980 / “Second November” – 1982 / “The Militant” – 1984 / “Shadows that Remain Behind” – 1985 / “Small Encirclement” – 1986 / “Tales from the Past” – 1987 / “Strings for Violin” – 1988 etc.
