Born in Vlora on October 11, 1943. She is one of the veterans and first actresses of the Vlora theater “Petro Marko”. To cope with the economic conditions, she started working at the age of thirteen, still not knowing what the scenes were. She played in the school, recited, sang. Bisha started working in the fish plant that was opened then, in 1955, before turning thirteen years old.

She was also active with amateur shows at the “Pioneer House”. Later, in a competition that took place in Tirana with the military units, she was a dancer, being honored with a letter of commendation. This is where the first harassments with scenic art began, and in 1957 she competed by entering the “Jordan Misja Artistic High School” at the age of 13.

After school, she works for a year in the show because she could not afford the University from the economic point of view. Then she goes to the High Institute of Arts, but interrupts her studies for a while after a car accident, on the basis of which the script of the movie “Butterfly in my cabin” was made. It is an event in the life of Lavdies, bitter as well.

After graduation, she prefers to return to Vlora, where she begins her artistic career in the 1968-1969 season as an actress in the “Petro Marko” Theater, an institution where she will work and build a long career on stage, until 1992 as a professional actress, performing many roles and having by her side the big names of the Albanian stage and screen: Qirjako Sava, Albert Verria, Liza Laska, Jorgaq Tushe, Evgeni Shtrepi, etc.

She also performs in the first Albanian triptych in “When it dawns a day” in the second episode “Bridge”. Everyone remembers the joke told by her in the role of Gipsy: “Tahir, Tahir lluku, lluku perbashta, taftibani to qereste”.

She goes on a tour in Austria with a show, at the Children’s Festival, The Puppet Theater. In 1995, she emigrated to Greece, where she acted very successfully in the films there, among which she stands out in the role of the Albanian mother in “Sun in the Aegean”, directed by Vasili Duro.
