The film deals with one of the most important events in the history of the Albanian people – the declaration of independence of the Albanian nation. The most famous personalities of the nation, led by the patriot Ismail Qemali, after many obstacles, manage to raise the Albanian flag and thus proclaim the Independence of Albania in Vlora on November 28, 1912.
