A young man from the south of Albania leaves for the capital for a better life. During that time, the emperor of Italy was expected to arrive in Tirana, and the country was buzzing with the sounds of military vehicles but also with exciting preparations. Meanwhile, his brother was also arrested and executed, as he participated in the anti-fascist movement. Hate prompted him to make a decision to shoot at the emperor.
