The post-war period. The children notice a new resident, Uncle Lipen, in the neighborhood where they live. As soon as he settles in this neighborhood, another person wanders around selling old loot. During the invasion, the looter assisted in the arrest of Luan’s uncle. Luani and the other children discover that the two men are trying to blow up the town’s power plant. The children notify the state security agencies.
