Fane Bita
Actor of the Gjirokastra theater and Albanian cinematography.
Born in the city of Gjirokastra on March 27, 1947. Bita is one of the most successful actors of the professional theater of Gjirokastra. Talent and physical beauty were the two main pillars of this actor who grabbed the attention of various theater and film directors.
One of the longest-lived actors on the Girokastra stage. Bita went on the stage of this theater in 1973 and will stay in this institution until 1991. Later that year, he was appointed director of the “Zihni Sako” Theater.
His outstanding talent was also supported by a sense of cooperation, seriousness and persistence in work. His professionalism made the directors of Kinostodio “Shqiperia e Re” trust him with roles which he performed successfully.
On the stage of the “Zihni Sako” theater in Gjirokastra, he played dozens of roles, among which we would highlight:

Fane Bita has also made a significant contribution to the Albanian film by performing in some of them within a period of 1977-1986. This is how he begins in the film “They were four” – 1977 in the role of a partisan commissar.

“Whiteness” – 1986 in the role of the doctor.
